Technical Sales Associate

Join Fuel3D in this new and varied role as Technical Sales Associate and you’ll work in collaboration with Fuel3D’s sales lead, product and support teams to create and develop relationships with potential customers in the life sciences sector to promote our new 3D scanning BioVolume product. 

This role has a strong focus to ensure both user and technical questions and issues are resolved and strong working relationships are developed with key evaluation team members in the organizations.

There is no typical day here at Fuel3D, but it will look something like this:

  • Supporting the sales lead to manage customer relationships
  • Arranging movement of evaluation hardware equipment between locations and tracking this equipment
  • Communicating with potential customers via phone, email and face to face
  • Interviewing end users on their UI experience and product suitability
  • Setting up, attending and supporting trade shows and presentations on the BioVolume product.
  • Meeting researchers and customer evaluation teams
  • Carrying out product evaluations through onsite support with customers, trouble shooting and delivering on site training.
  • Carrying out data analysis to produce evaluation reports and highlight success criteria.

You’ll need:

  • A passion for our 3D technology and what we do
  • 2 or 4 year technical or business degree
  • Great communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to build a rapport with potential customers, end users and researchers
  • Strong data analyses with the ability to identify and report on problem areas and success criteria
  • Some sales experience would be great, but not absolutely necessary
